Intro to CrossFit Package $750 • 10 visits • To get started at CrossFit Oakland, you’ll need to complete 10 one-hour, 1:1 private coaching sessions with an experienced and certified CrossFit Coach. In your 10 sessions, you’ll learn about all of the movements, lifts and exercises that you’ll find in a CrossFit class. You’ll learn what weights to use and how to make the movements work for your abilities. You’ll also learn about nutrition, mobility, and flexibility. Required prior to membership.

Nutrition Consult: The Once Over $150 • 3 visits • Designed for someone who feels like he or she is on the right track and just needs a few tweaks/nudge in the right direction. Good if you are self-motivated!

Nutrition Consult: The Program $375 • 7 visits • This is designed for someone who would benefit from continuing support throughout a three month program. If further support is needed, then we can discuss what sort of follow up program would be most beneficial for you.

10 Sessions Personal Training $1,000 • 10 visits

DEVELOPING ATHLETICISM - The Series $150 • 3 visits • Three Saturdays — January 6, 13, and 20 10:30AM to 1:30PM — 3 hours each

Remove obstructions and become established in a lifelong practice of progressive physical training and movement skill development. This workshop series will address myriad hidden layers and subtle aspects of physical preparation beyond just strength & conditioning — offering means and methods for cultivating an adaptable, powerful, pain-free, and kinetically effective athletic body.
